a word of advice:

DO NOT split the bill when you go out to eat in a large group unless everyone has ordered the same thing. or unless you are all rich and spending $32 on dinner for one doesn't cause you to say aloud 'are you joking?' three times. tonight i went out with coworkers, and had a blast, until the bill arrived. i spent 7.99 on my entree, 2.50 on dessert, and i got a soda. i felt like i was already splurging. so with tip i spent approximately $14. oh no wait, i have to pay for everyone else's steak and alcohol. so add $18 to that.

i hate to say this ruined my night...i hope i won't remember it when i look back on this night...but just please

My cat is snoring. It's incredibly cute. And it makes me want to take a nap even more than before, but I can't because the electrician is here, and the last thing I need is for him to walk in on ME snoring. Pisser.
