new me?

So I have lost 17.5 pounds in 2008.
And racked up over 60 miles on the treadmill.

Today I weighed in and lost 3 pounds [since last Friday].
It was exciting.

Right now I really want to eat. And watch tv.
But I am going to force myself to work out

because I want to keep feeling this good.
