love/hate

i like being a librarian.

i don't like teaching.

i do like reading books to kids.

i don't like having so many people to report to, so many people 'above' me.[life was much simpler when i had 1-3 bosses, instead of, oh, 15 or more!?]

i like reference services...to kids and teens. and adults, [but not as much].

i don't like having to stress out so much about taking a sick day.

i love children's and teen books.

i don't like only working with 'little' kids.

i love my school work schedule.

i hate dealing with 4 different budget lines and 10 different people, when all i am trying to do is order things that my students and teachers need.

i love [some of] my kids.

i hate spending so much time on discipline and not on reading, library skills, etc...
